25-Year-Old Woman in Critical Condition After Shark Attack on Oahu's North Shore

 

HALEIWA, Hawaii (Island News) — A 25-year-old woman is in serious condition following an apparent shark bite on Oahu's North Shore.

The incident occurred in the waters off the Haleiwa area.

Honolulu Emergency Medical Services (EMS) reported that rescuers responded to calls about the apparent shark attack around 2 p.m. Paramedics arrived at Haleiwa Boat Harbor and transported the woman to the emergency room, where she is listed in serious condition.
